Legal
The rules for RespireCloud, written in plain words. Every policy below takes effect on 27 October 2026.
Policies
- Terms of sale and service. What you buy, how licences, renewals, add-ons and AI credits work, and the legal basics.
- Software licence agreement. What you may do with RespireCloud on your servers, and what happens when a licence ends.
- Privacy policy. What the panel sends to RespireSoft, what never leaves your server, and your rights.
- Refund policy. When we refund a payment, and how to ask.
- Acceptable use policy. Rules for RespireSoft AI and the services we host.
- Data processing addendum. For hosting companies: what we process for you, and how we protect it.
- Cookie policy. The cookies and browser storage on this website, the store and the community.
- Open-source licences. The open-source parts inside RespireCloud and their licences.
- Phone app privacy. What the RespireCloud phone app keeps and sends.
- Delete your account. Removing the app's data and closing an account.
- Support and contact. How to reach us, when we answer, and what to send.
Which policy applies
RespireCloud has its own policies, and for RespireCloud they come before the company-wide policies on respiresoft.com. If something here is silent, the company-wide policy fills the gap. Your rights under the consumer law of your country are never reduced by these pages.
What changed
Every policy shows the date it took effect. When we change one in a way that matters to you, we change the date, add a line here, and tell licence holders by email at least 30 days before the change reaches a period you have already paid for. Small fixes, such as a typo or a new link, only change the date.
- 27 October 2026. First full set: terms, software licence, privacy, refunds, acceptable use, data processing, cookies and support. They replace the earlier short terms and privacy pages.
