How affiliate commission works
Current defaults. RespireSoft can change them, and can set different terms for one partner.
- First year
- 20% of what a referred customer pays
- Renewals
- 10% for the next 12 months
- Cookie
- 60 days, the last link clicked wins
- Refund window
- 30 days, then the commission is approved
- Payout
- From $50, by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer
- Commission is worked out on what the customer actually paid, after tax and discounts. A refund or chargeback takes the same share back.
- A code that you give your audience can carry a customer discount. A code someone types always beats a link they clicked earlier.
- A licence is credited to one partner, once. Referring yourself, with your own e-mail address, server or card, earns nothing.
How wholesale works
Current defaults. The discount is taken off the list price and grows with your active licences.

- One invoice a month, with a line for each licence you issued or upgraded, and a credit if you cancel in the same month.
- Your customers stay yours. You issue, move, upgrade and cancel their licences, and you can only ever see your own.
- Prices are not published yet, so neither is the wholesale price: it is the list price minus the discount above.
Your link
Every partner gets a link such as https://partners.respirecloud.com/r/YOURCODE. It counts the visit and brings the person to this site.
The site keeps your code in a cookie of its own for 60 days and passes it on to the download, trial and purchase
steps. The privacy page says what the cookie holds.
