Delete your account

The RespireCloud app has no account of its own: you sign in to servers that you, your company or your hosting provider run. So there are two different things you may want to delete.

Remove the app's data from your phone

  1. Open the app. In My servers, tap Remove on the server, then Remove again.
  2. The phone is signed out of that server, and its sign-in, notification key and settings for it are deleted from the phone.
  3. Uninstalling the app deletes everything else it kept.

Lost the phone? Sign it out from a computer: in the panel open Mobile app and choose Sign out next to the phone under Your phones. It loses access at once.

Delete your account on a server

Your account lives on the server you sign in to, not with RespireSoft, so its administrator deletes it:

  • A hosting customer: ask your hosting provider to close your account. They do it in their panel under Accounts, which removes your websites, mailboxes, databases and files on that server.
  • You run the server: in the panel open Accounts, choose the account and delete it.

Backups on that server can keep a copy until they expire; the server's administrator can tell you how long. RespireSoft cannot see or delete accounts on servers it does not run.

An account with RespireSoft

If you bought a RespireCloud licence or add-on from us, that customer account is separate. Email info@respiresoft.com from the address on the account. We confirm by email and delete it within 30 days. Only the licence and sales records that tax and accounting law makes us keep stay, for as long as that law requires. See our phone app privacy page for what the app keeps.
